I pooled together everyone that ran in their regional and ran an All-Regional team. Scored the top 5 of the place they got today. So, for instance, Scott Milling of Elmhurst (York) was the Midwest's #4 even though he was on a team. Also, if one region put eight runners in front of another region's 5 (New York's 5 was very far back, lots of 8s, 9s, and 10s in front of him), the 8th+ man still counts just to show a regions depth.
