Please predict my 3000m time for an indoor race coming up in 2 weeks, or be a funny enough troll to make Letsrun laugh. My PR is about 8:36.Some workouts worth noting:
-4x400 (68 avg), 2x800(2:15 avg), 1xmile(4:46), 2x800(2:15 avg), 4x400 (68 avg) [rest was jogging half of the interval] (I've done this workout a couple of times)
-12x400 (66 avg) [200m jog rest]
-4xmile (4:45 avg), 4x400 (60 avg) [2 laps between miles, 1 lap between 400's.
-14 mile long run (6:00 min pace, last mile 4:56)
-Also ran a 8:50 3000m today. Effort felt about 75-80%. Wanted to test out the legs on an indoor track before the big dance.
I would ideally like to run about 8:25. What says the LRC?
