Do you find trail running easier than running on a cross country course? I usually run on trails but today went to a local park where there are several xc races for college, hs, and charities every year. They keep the course mowed all year round. I have never ran there before today but found myself tiring a lot quicker and after several miles my legs were more tired than they would be running the same distance in trails. Is this a fluke or is it harder to run on xc courses o. Grass?
