Was he running backwards or just getting in a morning run? What do a 3:46.9 mile, 8:11 two-mile, 13:10 5,000, and 27:35 10,000 translate to?

3:46 is roughly a 21:40 8K

0/10. But, if he did run 23:10, that wouldn't be so bad right now. He clearly wasn't in top shape last season, but 23:10 would be equivalent to a 29:16 10k. This is a lot lower than we would expect for Webb at his peak, but at this point, it would be an OK starting point, not to mention that it would be a lot better than the 24:19 he ran in another low key race 2 months ago.

The stupifyingly obvious difference is that 8k is BETWEEN 5k and 10k, where he has much better times. Obviously.
