I'm trying to decide which PR I want to focus on lowering. Can you order these times by quality?
800m: 2:04
1 Mile: 4:44
5k: 15:52
10k: 33:30
1/2 Marathon: 1:18:33
Marathon: 2:56:22

5k is the best.
800 is better than mile
Flip the list and you get the weakest to strongest in order. My 1/2 and marathon times are faster than yours, but I could not touch your times from 10k to 800.
Whats better
a relay split of 46.5 or 1500m pr 3:45.
That mile is significantly worse than both the 800 and 5000 times.

1 Mile: 4:44
5k: 15:52
10k: 33:30
1/2 Marathon: 1:18:33
Marathon: 2:56:22
According to the IAAF Charts:
33:30 10k = 681 points
2:04 800m = 676 points
15:52 5k = 661 points
4:44 mile = 602 points
1:18:33 HM = 542 points
2:56:22 Mar = 481 points
What would a 3.52 1500m be equal to for 3000m?
1/10

Your half & marathon times are quite inferior to the other times.

I can't believe a 2:04 is better than a 15:52 on the IAAF tables.
For a woman though these are decent performances.

Yea, that 15:52 will cost you a lot more training relative to the 2:04.
How bout these?
400 59
800 2:16 (relay)
mile 4:25
2 m 8:56
3m 13:38
5m 23:38

If the 2 mile and longer times are correct, then I don't believe the 3 shorter distance times. You should be able to do those in practice. Also, rather than give an 800 time from a relay, why didn't you use a split time from your mile? Actually, your 3 mile time is about the same pace as your 800. C'mon dude! I call total BS.

Also considering the fact that his 800M PR is somewhere with his 2 mile PR. 2:16 and then an 8:56? I smell a troll.

No, they are correct, just never ran any shorter races. I did run a 2:09 800 in a workout, so I guess that is my PR. When I ran the 2 mile, my mile pr was 4:33 and 800 pr was 2:16, went 2:15-2:14-2:14-2:13, pr every 1/2.
1. 5k
2. 10k
3. 1/2 Marathon
4. 800m
5. Mile
6. Marathon
I would say that the HM and 800m are pretty comparable. Maybe even a tie.
Get a life.
