The Philly Marathon has announced it is opening up 3,000 slots for runners who missed out on NY. They will hold a lottery from 9:00 am Wednesday to 5:00 pm Thursday. Cost is $200, with half the proceeds going to the American Red Cross for relief efforts. To register for the lottery, visit www.philadelphiamarathon.com between those hours.
