I've run 26:18 for five miles with a 3 mile split of around 15:21 (first 3 miles were pretty flat then a hilly fourth mile).
With a mile PR of 4:47 at the end of a 5x1 (2 minute rest) mile workout in September and a 16:22 5K PR from a very rainy/muddy 5k a few weeks ago, is it possible for me to go under 16 on flat indoor track?
My goal by outdoor is 15:30.
Possible?
