So if someone already heel strikes in full out sprinting, how bad must his form be at normal running pace? Maybe this guy should try skechers, too.
he was clearly slowing down at the finish. When you slow down you lean back and heel strike a bit to stop yourself.

Watching him run reminded me of Makau's form. Heel hits first, but just barely, and very lightly. Maybe we should call it mid-rear foot striking to separate it out from hobby jogging heel strike shuffling.
Wow, amazing! With a 2:04:16 on that kind of heel strike, he could probably run sub-2 hours if he worked with Salazar to correct his stride!

Obviously I was being sarcastic. Everyone heel strikes when they hit the brakes.
Anyway, the picture that you're linking to doesn't show him heels striking. His foot is clearly in the air.
