I think Salazar's account / documentation was that Goucher was the patient of the Doctor but he sent an email while they were traveling.Of course her cytomeL account differs on that point. Who knows.Salazar says Rupp was on that same resort post drink that guys like Teg also drank. Again, who knows.I am glad that Tygart is investigating but after all this time, I am not sure that there is much there.I bet they have a very detailed profile of Galen after all of this.I think the testosterone test was on the adult son. You could have some violations of laws there but that seems outside the scope of the PED investigation.

All prescription drugs like cytomel can only be prescribed by doctors (also maybe some drugs by LNPs). Controlled drugs such as anabolic steroids are prescription drugs with additional restrictions and record keeping on prescriptions including having a DEA registration number and other things to prevent abuse of these controlled drugs. All prescriptions are only for an individual patient.
I do not know about your version of the story with "that athlete".
And other drugs... wrote:I mean controlled prescription drugs. Things that only licensed medical professional can prescribe. Salazar claimed his TUE doctor prescribed cytomel for Goucher. He produced a claim from "his" doctor that stated "that athlete" (no name was given) could take cytomel. That athlete could have been anyone, and stating it as "that athlete" is likely how Salazar wanted the prescription made out. Legit prescriptions are person specific, not generic like Salazar's.
