Thinking of 3 x 1600 or 3 x 2000 tempo on the track, with 60-90 second recoveries.
Prolly a run for the toilet.
I've go the ol' long run scheduled for tomorrow. 5 miles at sunrise!
At 177 lbs. and piss-poor shape, 5 miles seems hella long to me.
