Hi everyone i am a sophmore in college doing track on my own I want to get faster over the 800m/1500m distance and need a plan to follow for the winter starting in November and peaking in late april. So far my summers have consisted of 50-55 mile weeks with a few in the 60 mile ranges, no speedwork yet and just touching on some low 5k races in my area. My prs for the 800m and mile are slow 800m 2:11 and mile in 4:59 I want to reach sub 2:00 in the 800m and 4:30 for the mile this spring, my email is attached and i would appreciate any advice on the board or through email thank you again.
