Im looking for some training advice to help reach a goal of sub 1:35 in a fall half marathon.
A little about me as a runner: This season I've done 2 5ks having run the most recent in 19:55 and 1 downhill mile in 4:49. The shorter distances seem to suit me well, but anything over 5k I tend to breakdown.
The last 2 half marathons I've done have been right around 1:37. But I feel like a sub 20min 5k should indicate a faster half time. Im currently running about 20-25 miles a wk. Any help would be much appreciated!
