The losers here strike again. Bolt ran the first 100 of 200m in 2007 in a sub 10 time. He did that running on the curve. So talking about Bolt's first 100m where he did 10.03 makes you look stupid. Bolt actually under perform in that first 100m.
Blake knows not trust anything that is made in America that says WADA approve supplement. The entire Racers lineup are all warned not trust any supplements especially those made in the USA. The representative that pushed that product to our athletes is not welcome in Jamaica any more.

Prior to 2008, the Jamaican men had won exactly 1 medal in the Men's 4X100m dash. In the last two olympics they have won 2 golds in the 4X100.
In the last two olympics, Jamaica has won 4 golds and at least another silver and bronze in the 100m dash(there may have been a few more that i am missing).
That is 6 of the 12 medals given for both sexes for the 100.
So Bolt isnt an outlier at all. He is a part of a extraordinary improvement by a very tiny amount of people that have all of the incentive in the world to dope.

Outliers can't use drugs? Let say he's using and that nabs him only .1 seconds. That means Blake is equally fast, giving Bolt plenty of motivation to use. Who knows if he does or doesn't, but HES AN OUTLIER PEOPLE is not a good criterion for refusal to hire peeps.

So lets take a look at your STATISTICS and tell me what the probabiliy out of the 6.9 BILLION people on the plant that 4 of the fastest runners in the history of the world come from a small island about the size of Delaware. Or does Jamican get 4 OUTLIERS.
