With Marion Jones, we know that she did because of massive changes in her body and because she flat out admitted to it. Have either of these things happened with Usain Bolt?

Carl Lewis was destroyed and annihilated by Ben Johnson in Roma and Seoul. How he thinks that he's faster or better athlete than Bolt?

Oh...and don't bring the doping issue. Carl Lewis failed 3 test prior to Seoul. But was covered by the corrupt Wade Exum...then working for USADA.

This guy who FAILED 3 drug tests prior to Seoul and still had no qualms about taking Ben Johnson's gold medal? And all this talk of transparency..........you mean the same transparency that the USATF and USOC employed in allowing 200 athletes who had failed drug tests (including Lewis) to compete in international competition between 1988 and 2002? Or Bolt turning from a projected 200/400m specialist into by far the most explosive 100m runner ever. Wasn't Bolt quite lean in 2006?

Or how about all guys from Jamaica in this 200m final all from the same coach and sweep.

I like how Lewis called out the fact that Bolt went from 10.03 to 9.69 from 07 to 08. In 07, Bolt ran one 100 meter race, the 10.03. Prior to this, he hadn't run a 100 since 02. Going from 10.03 to 9.69 in one year isn't really that surprising when the 10.03 was his first running of the event since he was 15 years old.

Carl tested positive for nothing of any value, things that aren't even banned today. The three drug tests were from the same herbal supplement that gives no advantage which is why it is legal now.

If you knowingly use a PED even if eventually it's shown to be ineffective for performance boost, what would stop you from using others? He just got caught for the one that was ineffective.

How does Carl Lewis make a living these days? Maybe he doesn't have to he probably made about 5 million in his track days. Nonetheless he reminds me of Frank Shorter who feels bitter that the world of track evolves. Or Bob Schul who thinks he could have run 13:08 on a mondo track.

Trust me Bolt is pressing the limits of PED's the same as Carl Lewis and Leroy Burell. The drugs are just more effective 25 years later. Just like Greg Lemond who missed out on EPO and only had anobolic steroids to cheat with.
