1. Ballet run from Zaripova! Led from start to finish. 3:06 first 1k and finished in 9:06. Damn.

3. I hope Coburn stays with the steeple. Big PB I believe in her first Olympics. Plenty more to come from her in the future. US stippling has a bright future, indeed.
