When Kiprop ran 3:28 in, what was it, Monaco? He didn't even have the common courtesy to act tired afterwards.

A bit of rest and he'll be fine. But hopefully he'll have the sense to go fast, and not leave it up to a kick. The day he actually exerts himself he'll go 3:25. When you're as fast as he is, why leave anything to chance?

Jim Ryun should have been the first under 3:30 but he'd be running alone.

Today his talent combined with knowledgeable coaching would probably put him around 3:25.
