I see it a lot here. Why do people use the noun form ("bias") instead of the adjective form ("biased")?

They do so because they're lazy, careless morons. I, for one, applaud contributors such as yourself who take the time to comment on the poor writing among LR posters.
Why? Because some people are ignorant about it, and some people (habituated to using the fewest possible letters when texting) will readily accept any variant that involves less typing.
Similarly, many people say/write "get use to" instead of "get used to," and "cut and dry" instead of "cut and dried."

...prejudice instead of prejudiced...
Why do people start so many useless threads?

say/write? are you using a phone to type your shortened comments?
why do grammar trolls use "say" improperly?

This is common and accepted. "Bias" as a modifier, however, is not.
OP is prejudice.
I could care less about this.
People spell things the way they sound irregardless of good grammar.
"Bias" as an adjective? I'm not sure I understand; could you use that in a sentence? Do people actually write something like, "He is bias"?

Only in cases where someone is posting in a hurry, without the time to proofread. Happens all the time. Nothing to be concerned about. Let it be. Unfortunately, the are people who expect a level of grammar perfection that is of critical importance to them, but most do not care about.

Apparently it is common and accepted on LR.
