Alright guys I have some questions and could not pull any helpful info off the internet. I live around 1100-1500 feet right and can go run in the mountains that go up to around 2000ft. Which elevation wise this is not high. I do plenty of mileage, strength work workouts and hills but I am racing in Colorado later this fall and I am wondering what would be the best way to prepare for the elevation change while I train over the next few months?
