First time an athlete under the age of 18 ever ran sub 8:10 and the 17 yr old Conseslus had done it twice. He also holds the World Youth Record from winning the World Youth Title in 2010. The youngster stated, "he can't wait to mix it up with the seniors beginning July 20."
