One certainty of the LR message board is that any distance runner, T&F athlete, cyclist or swimmer who achieves extraordinary success will invariably be accused of being a drug cheat.
However, the exception this rule seems to be Kenyan distance runners (or any African distance runner, for that matter). Perhaps I used poor search parameters, but I couldn't find any LR threads that directly accused Kenyans of doping.
Why is this? Why the double standard? Considering the dominant success Kenyan and Ethiopian distance runners have had against the rest of the world, why is it seemingly taboo to accuse them of being cheats?
