Jeremy Warner should move to the 1500 meters.
It pretty simple really, all he has to do is the following in order to be able to run 3:25 and break the world record.
Step 1: get back into 43 second shape for the open 400.
Step 2: train to run the 500 meters in 1:08 with a 20 lb weight vest on.
Step 3: train to run the 1000 meters in 2:16 with a 10 lb weight vest on.
Step 4: train to run 1450 meters in 3:25 with a 5 lbs weight vest on.
Step 5: take the weight vest off and run 3:25 for 1500.
Seems like a solid plan, hope he does it.
He won't even run the 800 so there is no way he will run the 1500.

The issue is not physical but Psychological. The guy obviously still has a lot of potential but I dont think he is even interested or even thinking the 800 let alone a 1000 or 1500. I think he could be very competetive at 1500 and great at 800 but he just threw the towel.

Hey, Chris Lemaitre should train with a vest too. He'll never be champ at 100m, but with the proper vest training, I see him easily breaking the 10k record.

No, No, No. You have to throw a tire first. Then you have to run bursts of 8 sec with 12 sec rest for 20 minutes.
Remember, doing something as long as 400s is useless.

Look out for trolls? I think you didn't look at what the OP wrote. Nothing in his post was about Wariner. He wasn't trolling, he was doing the running world a solid making fun of a man more delusional than Gerry Lindgren. I certainly would not call that trolling. His goal was not to get people to comment on Wariner by getting them riled up. If that was the point of his post then he would be trolling, but it wasn't.

my guess is that with that vest you'd get injured, end up with a strange technique or god knows what.

Ok, so he spelled it wrong, jeeez.Jeremy said he could run the first sub 1:40 800m. When asked what was the longest distance he had sustained sub 50s 400m pace, he simply answered "hey, I have run 400m in 60 seconds backward with a fish tank on my head juggling three gerbils and wearing moon boots. So, you go and try to do that and then tell me I can't break 1:40 for 800m."
