Determining OG spots on 4x4 relay???

    How are the spots determined on the 4x4 relay for the OG?

    I am assuming that the top 4 runners at the OT in the open 400m will go, plus 1 or 2 alternates to run in the trials.

    Also, if you run a 4x4 race in the trials yet do not run the 4x4 final, do you get a medal if your country's team finishes in the top 3 in the finals?

    Basically the athletes who are thought to be the best 400M runners... I'm not sure if Felix is running the 4x400, but if she says she is, she will. And what do you mean run a 4x4 race in the trials? There is none. If you mean semis and rounds, then yes.

    Alternate and finalist relay runners receive appropriate place medals.
