13.32.99 in Tunis! Last day to qualify he goes O.O1 seconds under the standard?

Number 2 in the race didn't run track (or indoors/cross/road) in 2years!

What the hell? This is confusing, how can something like this happen in 2012? If he's allowed to run in the trials, it will be an absolute outrage.
#81 certainly appears to be holding a check/prize and posing as a winner. Where is Mr. Trafeh?
To summarize:
1. He qualifies for the Olympic trials by .01 seconds at a race in Tunisia at the last possible moment.
2. There is a photo of the podium from the race where he finished 3rd, but he isn't on it. In fact some other guy is proudly holding the 3rd place prize.
Yeah, this seems like it is worth looking into.

It looks like he was already over in Tunis. He raced at Rades which is about 25 minutes away just 10 days ago. He ran the 1500.

Yes his 5k time looks a little fishy being .01 under the A standard but it's not like it isn't possible. He did run 13:39.71 on May 19th and won the race by :22 seconds, so it's not too far of a stretch to think he could run :7 seconds faster with people to race with.
