Every vocation has a car that fits there needs. I would like to know the car the fits a runner best. I have a wrangler and I think its ruggedness fits a runners personality perfectly.

Volkswagon Bug, there is nothing queerer out there.
unless you are A Webb- a true player- he should be rollin' in a Silverado, with a keg in the back and a bitch in his lap.
I don't know about the Wrangler. Most on the roads around here are being driven by sorority girls and suburban princesses who got them for their 16th birthday.
I have an Explorer and it works pretty well. The back hatch works well as a staging area before and after a muddy run, etc. But my wife's Chrysler Concorde works OK too.
As far as amenities go though, I would recommend two things to any runner when buying a vehicle 1) A keypad on the door so you don't have to hide or carry your keys at runs and especially races! 2) Leather seats so the vehicle doesn't end up stinking from the sweat after your runs.
