do you guys think it is okay to run over 10,000 miles on the nike free run 2.0 if i am running on grass/dirt 100% of the time? the only reason why i'm not going barefoot is so protect myself from splinters (i got it once and it took a long and painful time to get it out)
You can go forever on those.
if I can get 1,000 out of a pair of saucony hattoris you can get 10,000 out of some frees EASY
