I just ran, 10 x 600's at the track. I had, a 2 minute rest in between them. How fast, could I run 5000 meters?

15:15 or so?
The last closing show you got something left in the tank.
If you run even pace you should aim for.
Around 15:30 i think, but the last serie was faster.
So mabye you had something left so under good conditions mabye 15:15 - 15:20
Thank you guys, I will work on that.
16:59.
So 6000 meters broken into short intervals with more than equal rest amount of rest done at 5 minute pace?
I would say 16:30.

He averaged 4:47 pace buddy.
yeah maybe he did, but he ran the first 7 at basically 5 minute pace then pushed the last 3... pal. I'm not sure what the point of a workout like that would be. If he can really run a 15 minute 5k why bother with short repeats with long rest at much slower than your 5k pace for the first 70% of the workout?
When running 60 miles per week I once did 8 x 600 in 1:42 with 200 jog rest (about 1:10-15) and ran 16:09 on the roads which was my PR. I guess I would have broken 16 on the track but still ... just barely. This workout indicates very little.
