On the whole branding side of things, why are people knocking Nick? Track & Field needs MORE branding. IT's not the NBA or NFL where you have your "favorite team", and sell personalized jerseys and such. So we have to find ways to better brand the sports and athletes to make it interesting and gain new founds who hadn't really given Track & Field a chance before.
This sport in general has been so clueless as to how to market itself, so at least guys like Nick are trying to think of how to do it more, and how to do it better.
