I've been averaging 397 mile weeks and my longest run is 289 without stopping, that took 4 days and 7 hours. i only eat organic foods though, so i am convinced it will help! thoughts? suggestions?

Smoke some dry but not dry green bud. Watch the time go by. Next thing you know, you'll be in Ohio. Assuming you live in Kentucky.
Yea I know!!! It does absolute wonders for the body!! Good luck with your record, I once ran 8 hours straight you know!

Hey thanks! And that's a great start! just keep up the training!
Adn "Drunk Uncle" nice work Troll.... :/
This is insane stuff bro! Everyone thought Cam Levins was sweet haha. What's your name
My name is Craig Cambell! And Cam is a hero of mine!
What?!?! Craig Campbell, Oak High Class of '76??????
What pace do you run at for these runs
Craig? My sister was in your grade! I was a few years ahead so I didn't know you, but that's pretty cool.
You have me confused with a different Craig I believe. I grew up in Montana and I am 32 years old.
I'm interested to know what pace you run
Do you do any speed workouts to prepare for this
Oh I guess so. I was talking Oak High Alabama. Probably a good thing, because the Craig I knew, his sister, even now, She wants to do it all the time
Early in the morning, in the middle of the night
She's hooked and now she can't get enough
I do tempos here and there. Usually for 10-20 miles at 7:20 pace. Not too big on speed, just long distance.
I would recommend doing a 50 mile cut down run get faster each mile
What's going to be your definition of "stopping"?
You don't breath the essence of Native American green herbal mixtures? Missing out. Beautiful thing, the Enlightened ones would share it with even strangers and that's how it has been passed down.
To whom it may concern,
My definition of stopping is stopping. Period. if the legs arent running then the run is over.
I dont need to do a 50 mile cut down and that is a ludacris idea.
"Drunk uncle"...i still call troll.
