The guy who finished behind only Wheating and Andrews two years ago (Andrews just caught him at the line). Injuries slowed him, but his time is now.

Please Cas, go out in 26 low and 52 mid, coast from 400 to 500, use the backstretch for position and play the last 200 by ear. This is your recipe for winning the NCAA.
