Times were 33, 31, 30, 29, 30, 30, 30, 29, 30, 28. Does this suggest anything for the 800m or 1600m? I was thinking that the reps were too short to suggest anything, but then again, I had very little rest. The workout was fairly easy. I wanted to go all out on the last one, but coach wouldn't let me.
Also, 400m PR is 53. Not sure on 800m / 1600m PRs.
