So basically I was burnt out from training after of few years of training post-collegiately, and took off from September until a week ago. Starting back up has been painful. Doing 15-30 minute runs now feels like pulling teeth.
For those of you who have been through the same, what advice would you give? I would like to get back to a relatively high level of training sooner rather than later. I just don't want to feel like I'm wasting my time doing 15 and 20 minute runs for the next 3 weeks. What about slightly faster intervals? Threshold runs?
