another African cheater. Did he win prize money he shouldn't have had?? If so, sue him.
There isn't any junior prize money, is there? And was he competing in junior competitions? If not I don't don't know why you'd care.

I agree age is irrelevant in senior or open races but at least they should come out and say something like their birth certificate got lost and therefore had to guess their date of birth. For Ethiopians,it is a little tricky because Ethiopian calendar is like four or five years behind the calendar the rest of the world uses. So if they use our calendar for their birth certificate, and use Ethiopian one to tell how old they are, their age would indicate that they are four years younger than they really are!
