400m-55
800m-2:13
1600m-5:06 ( PR:is 4:56 but haven't been able to run it again :/ )
my team needs to lose 2 seconds in order to qualify for state for our 4 by 400
and lose 4 seconds for the 4 by 800m
any good workouts would be nice since spring break is here I'll have time to run more...
Also I know its late season and i have a month left but its my last year and i really want to make it to state with the team what workouts should i do and also is it possible for me to lower my mile time to 4:46 to qualify for that also or should i stick to mid distance... :/... please reply asap..
