2:06
ok.. tnx? but my last year PB was 2:05
We need more information about you.
Where did you come up with this workout? I'm no professional coach or anything but that's a waste of a training session if ever I saw one.
that was a check out session to see where am I.
well.. last year 400m PB-55 ,800m-2:05(but was training for 400m hurdles and octathlon)
This workout doesn't tell us anything other than that you can run a 300m in 41.5 and a 500m in 1:21. If a 400m runner and a marathon runner who can both run a 2:00 800m did this same workout you'd get very different results from both.

How old are you and what is your 200 meter time?
2:08. You got slower or are out of shape. That workout is not impressive.
well then here's a workout from 10 days ago: 2x6x200m 1.-29,32,30.5,31.5,31,31.5...5min rest...2.-30,31.5,31,31.5,31.5,31.5 ,1min rest between 200's,again on DIRT track
and my 200m PB-24.7
well I don't agree as I never run fast as now on workouts, and my mileage is way up, and I almost had none mileage for the 2:05 800,but thanks for your opinion,I repeat it was all done on a DIRT track(workouts)

He would not run 1:45 if the track was made out of QUICK SAND!
I used to run on a dirt track till my junior year. Since you cant break 30 every rep comfortably i say 2:06 if you pushed it at this point in time, but we need more info and other workouts you have done.
yes,but that was an 80% effort,i think i could do 30,but well..
here you go.. 3x4x150m 1min rest,5min between sets- 1.set-21.5,22,22.5,22
2.set-22,23,21.5,22
3.set-21,21,22.5,22.. and did 6km pace@ 1:34 per lap

no one thinks you're fast, mostly because you aren't fast
quit being so defensive
those 150s are very up and down in pace, hmmm maybe 2:04then it is early too, and the 6km @1:34 isnt nearly as important as easily going 27-29 in 200 reps, maybe you should run the 1600? You should think of moving up because your 400 pr isnt that fast and to run 2:05 off that speed you may run decent 16/32s

That's pretty obvious. Most people would take forever to run 800m if the track were actually made out of quick sand
