5000: I say he is the heavy favorite here, although Sambu really is not too far behind. 13:08 with 3:55 mild speed should be very tough.
3000: I think that an upset here is possible. Still probably the favorite, but there are so many fast runners in this race with good kicks.

I agree he's got a shot. Still, it is hard to see how to beat I guy with Lalang's PR's in other events.

If you were to bet on both races, Lawi winning the 3k and 5k would be the best bet to make. Remember we are talking about a guy who trains with Lagat, and almost beat him at Millrose. Lawi will likely break 13 this summer.
