This is my first message on the forum, so before anything you should know some details about me. I'm 17 years old, 55kg, 171cm.. I'm been doing sports since 7, but I was never serious about it, until now... And I'm really disappointed with my results. It was my first week of training and yesterday I tried to run the 1000m. Well, surprisingly I got my WORST result ever, 3:27! :(. When I was 14 I ran the 1000m in 3:15(that is still my PB). I really don't know what is happening, maybe I trained a lot during the week(7 times) and then the body was not responding? It can be as it's still not used to a lot of training. I would like to hear some opinions from other people :)
