8:09.72 Nice!!
8:09.72 Nice!!
That bastrd
I bet this is all a ploy.
What the hell are these guys doing!! Records going down weekend after weekend all over the country.
Congrats to Rupp!
Congrats Galen. You're killing it, man. Keep it rollin' -
Too bad hes not going to London.
anyone doubting his speed should take heed now...Rupp will be a force to reckon with at the games.
Who said they wouldn't post here anymore if Rupp broke 8:10?
8:09 off current 3:57 "speed" means insane strength, aerobic & threshold fitness.
Dang, missed it. Anyone know when / where video will be up ?
8:09.72 and 2nd was 8:30......now you moron LR'S start the debate....he is a time trailer......if had competition he would have run 8:20's.
I said it before don't underestimate a 26:48 10k dude.
Solinsky murdered Rupp in the 10000m long ago and had no competition the last mile. I don't expect 26 48 to remain the 10000m ar for much longer with solinsky around...
That performance was equal to about 7:32 for 3000m or 12:56 5000m!

When does the movie come out?
I was skeptical that Galen Rupp would better 8:10 but he did it.
Awesome running. I am very impressed.
I agree. Forget the hypothetical Solinsky breaking the record deal. He needs to put up, or his fans shut up. Rupp is cashing his check.

He's been preparing for the trials numbnuts. Can't wait to see Rupps face when he realizes he's a little boy in the 10,000 m field were about to see this june.

I'm really excited for Galen. He has really put up some great numbers lately. I'm hoping he will be able to compete for a medal in the Olympics
