I'm training for a half marathon in early May (about 3 months from now) and am wondering what my weekly mileage should be. I realize that threshold training, etc is probably more important in half marathon training than mileage, but it would be helpful to have an indication of the appropriate range. I'm a 30 yr old female with the following PRs: 10k - 41:00; HM - 1:36; M - 3:16). Goal for this race is 1:29.
