Meb's run under 2:10 eight times (I think) and has never run under 2:09. His half marathon best time is 61:00. McMillan puts the marathon equivalent at 2:08:39.
Calculating another way, 61:00 is the 652nd fastest time ever run. The 652nd fastest marathon time ever run is 2:08:42 (that's pretty darned close! I'm impressed!)
I don't see any reason to believe he's capable of a 2:06-2:07.
