So I have an indoor 800m coming up next week.
I just did a workout today and I was wondering what I should be expecting to run during my race.
I've been running from 45-50 mpw.
The workout I did was 15x200m with 100m walking rest in between reps.
My splits were:
31, 33, 32, 32, 32, 32, 32, 32, 32, 32, 32, 33, 33, 33, 34
I just want a general range so that I know what a good time would be for me to run.
