For example I heard a girl you doesn't do any form of running say that she ran a 11.6 on grass in PE in bare feet for the 100m. I think she was also about 14. Any others?

I've never dealt with a none runner.
Is that a runner that doesn't run?
I think this none runner might be very fast, because many times on Letsrun, people say that none is better than Bekele.
Although it's often spelt "Noone"
I had a co-worker tell me that he used to run repeat quarters in 30 seconds each.
An older (30s) guy in one of my college classes saw me watching one of Ryan Hall's Boston races on a school computer one year and struck up a conversation with me. He asked how much I was running that season for cross-country and I replied 80 which wasn't that much compared to what other people run for cross-country. He then asked me, with a dead serious face, what I thought top US elite (relative to the US, trolls...) marathoners ran each week. I replied, most are probably around 100-120 with a few as high as 150. He then nodded and shook his head as if he knew I was going to reply saying that and he said they do 50 tops and there is no reason for me to be doing as much as 80 for cross-country. I ended the conversation quickly and went back to watching the horrible race coverage.. it was better than trying to argue with him.
They are non-runners for a reason. They don't truly enjoy running. This does not mean they don't admire the sport and probably wish they could run like you do. Literally a week ago one of the janitors at work, who refers to me as "marathon chick" told me about how he ran a 3:30 mile when he was in the ARMY 15 years ago. He's told me this same story at least a dozen times. I enjoy it as much as the first time I heard it. No, I do not feel the need to inform him he's most likely not the world record holder by over 14 seconds. I don't think Hicham El Guerrouj would feel the least bit offended if Frank told him the story himself. We call him Frank because he is 6'6'' and at just under 300lbs with black hair and big side burns he looks and walks just like Frankenstein.
a colleague of mine told me he came in 4th in the 400 at the 68 Olympic trials. Not only he did he choose the most famous olympics to lie about but he didn't even realizethat 4th makes the relay. He also told someone else he won the Cow Harbor road race.
A buddy of mine (he's now 48) says he used to run a 4 flat 40yd dash. He also says he can still hit a 95mph fastball. If he could run 4 flat, I'd think he would still have some sort of running form...but he doesn't.
I know a guy who said his frat made him run a 400m dash as hazing on track. He has never run or trained for running in his life. He claimed he ran a 47 second 400m.
About 17 or 18 years ago a homeless dude outside of the Armory told me he once ran 2miles in 11 seconds. I said good job!!!
Someone once told me there friend ran 4:10 for the mile in 5th grade.
About 5 runners have told me they have broken 4 minutes in the mile, none of them have, a few haven't come close.
Some girl i know talked about how she used to run 15 miles a day for gymnastics. She is 16 now.
A used-to-run I knew told me he ran in the 17's for 5k as a 7th grader.
That kid couldn't beat me in the p.e. mile that year. He ran xc and I hadn't started yet
We had a kid move into our district who said he could run 2 miles sub 9:00. He lasted about 1 week on our XC team and could barely run a mile in 7:00.
We also had a kid tell everyone he was bad in XC because his REAL event was the 110 hdls. When track came he was too short to even get over the hurdles so he quit to play lacrosse.
I know this clown (who will go nameless) who claims he ran 202 miles in one smash. Sine he failed at his 2 previous attempts at 100 miles, I find it hilarious that he keeps telling the story.
He just posted a highlight reel on YouTube... problem is at 2:01 in the video, the Winnebago he is riding in can be seen moving. We've been telling him all year to come clean, but he still won't.
Had a friend once that said he had run track in HS but hadn't been quite good enough to run in college as his 2 mile time was only 8:40.
I once told myself I could handle high mileage. I have yet to prove it.
This fat old Indian dude who kind of looks like Wayne Newton told me he won the 10k at the '64 Olympic and beat Ron Clark because he saw a vision of an eagle or some bullshit. Said he beat Gerry Lindgren too. What a liar.
That's the peyote talking.
