What the hell does 26.3 stand for? I lolled pretty hard when I saw it.

Probably not. I have no idea where the heck you can get such a sticker anyway.
not quite as stupid as you wrote:

I sure did.

Freaking Type A yuppies can't do anything normally.
I saw a 0.2 sticker on a car. What is that? A 400 runner?

400 is 0.2486 miles, not 0.2. The difference of 78.2 meters is quite a bit compared to a 400, so I doubt they're rounding .2 to a 400...
No one runs perfect tangents so pretty much every marathon is closer to 26.3. Makes sense to me.
Must be a Garmin sticker.
I was approximating a contested distance in running. What's your guess?
Since a marathon is longer than 26.2 miles, seems like a subtle way, in the best LRC tradition, of mocking those who have a "26.2" decal.
best guess is that it represents the Pikes Peak Marathon which is 26.3mi's. http://www.mattmahoney.net/ultra/pikepeak.txt
No, not at all. That was Alberto Salazar's car. He is still disputing the 148 meters, and now has proof he actually ran over-distance.
Oh, and OP isn't lying:

I'd like to think that it is from Pike's Peak.
Here is Alberto Salazars sticker made into a tile

It's better than 26.2. It's .1 longer.
26.3 is a concept created by The Boston Bodyworker. This is from their website:
\"We all know the distance of the Boston Marathon is 26.2 miles.
But 1/10th of a mile past the finish line is The Boston Bodyworker . And whether you’re training or you’ve just run the marathon, The Boston Bodyworker is committed to helping you perform and recover! “26.3″ is our commitment to be there for you after you cross the finish line.
If you go that extra 1/10th of a mile, you will find a team of therapists eager to assist you. Whether you are training or recovering, The Boston Bodyworker is here to help you achieve your goals!
So the next time you see a 26.3 bumper sticker, now you know. 26.3 is the home of The Boston Bodyworker.\"
