This workout is good enough to predict an 800 time. Good job for doing a relatively pertinent workout.
One question needs to be asked.
What was the effort on these?
Right now, I think you should go out in 52 for a 400m and hold on for a 1:48.00

If you were in spikes for this workout? - 1:51
If in flats/trainers - 1:49 or better if you get up for race day

It's a good workout, but if you can run 48 split in the 400, it's less impressive
