There are a few threads on the hanson's plan but they don't really answer my questions.
I am looking to average 75mpw with weeks of 60 to 90.
The plan, as written, seems to top out at 60.
It isn't clear how much w/u and c/d for the strength and MP sessions.
Should i add alot of easy miles to those sessions?
should i double on easy days or on workout days?
I will try to keep the off wednesdays to either 0 or 4.
Would be happy to hear from someone with experience with this plan.
