Crossfit's "running guru" "led the team" with a 20:34.

Theres no way that 20:34 guy was the fastest crossfitter. Someone had to run 18 or so, right?

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Not to long ago he was leading the olympics in the steeplechase and now he's running above 14:30. Perhaps he should spend more time on training and less time on making a stupid movie about himself.
How big was the cash prize? Someone (a crossfitter, actually, first real one that I have met) told me it was $30K. But it seems like this can't be right if it was won in just 14:11.
It looks like it was a woman.

Richard Airey finished in 17:35 was a CF guy who was challenging crossfitters to beat him and he would give them $100 GC's. Doesn't look like any did/could.
Rich ran at Monmouth in the late 90's; 31:20 10k, 9:28 steeple. Looks like he was a coach for a while but now jumped onto the CF bandwagon and got tatted/bro'd out.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AktQ2pfNw9k20:34 boy was the self-prescribed guru of running at his gym, bragging in that video.

Stuck, he has been injured for almost 2 years. He is just coming back from an injury and ran 14:39 off of like no training.
Listen, I am not a fanboy, but the guy is nowhere near top form. In fact, I think earlier this summer was his first training run in over a year.
