Tried again with some better spacing.
Some simple rules for equivalent efforts are:
200 Time = 100 Time x 2
400 Time =(200 Time) x 2 + 4
800 Time =(400 Time) x 2 + 14
Mile Time =(800 Time) x 2 + 24
2-Mile Time =(Mile Time) x 2 + 44
The pattern is easly to remember, 0,4,14,24,44
Some results are shown below starting with some mile times. I think they agree with some running calculators fairly well and seem to be close predictors.
