They are all American. I don't believe any of them were Division I runners: Bak was at Trinity, Macias at Adams State, Armijo at Cal State-San Marcos, Richards at St. Olaf, Tollefson at Chico State, and Loeffler at North Dakota State.

I could be mistaken, but I had the impression that Macias was an citizen of Mexico and not the U.S.

New Mexico baby! After flirting with a qualifier for a while Armijo gets it done. He might be our lone qualifier on the men's side in Houston. Mutinda trains in Santa Fe with a group of pros, a real cool and deserving guy for a top three finish. Don't know Kandie but he's got to be alright if he's based in 'burque. Very nice.
