I don't know if you meant distance runners specifically, Usain is 6'5'' too. I have a hard time thinking of any pros taller.
jack bacheler, peter maher were tall, not sure how tall.
Bacheler was 6'6" and change. I'm not sure about Maher but I'd guess 6'5". Technically, Bacheler was not a pro.
I think sub 4 runner Bill Bland was around 6'4"

Joe Lemay (28:?) 6'2"

I know you specified "pro," but FSU had a guy from Great Britain a few years ago named Luke Beevor who was 6' 9.75". He was pretty fast, too, sub-14:20 for 5K. That must have been one hell of a back-kick to stay out of the way of on the track.
