Why dont you just go run two laps hard? Thatll answer your question.

that depends how have your long runs been looking? you speed says you could def go atleast 1:55 but we need to your longer runs/ other runs.
not really a good predictor for an accurate 800 time. Cutting the jog rest in half would definitely tell alot more..But if i had to guess, I would agree with the other posters, most likely around 1:55 or 1:56. good luck
