I hope some of the coaches will help you out--I don't have a good routine to share, unfortunately.
By the way: "plyometrics" is the word, not "polymetrics."

Some of the better ones for you will be:
sets of 50 meter high knee drills
sets of 50 meter butt kicks focused on quickness/minimal time on ground
sets of 50 meter b-skips
sets of box step-ups
two footed cone hops
walking lunges
short hill sprints (8-12 second)
Not sure if any or all of these are technically plyometerics but they will be effective for you in building power in your stride.
